Check-in

At the check-in counter, you will be asked to present your ticket or itinerary receipt and your travel documents (photo ID, passport, visa, permits, certificates, letters of invitation, etc. if applicable). In case you purchased an electronic ticket, we recommend you to keep a copy of the itinerary receipt during your journey, as it may be requested by immigration authorities.

 


The boarding pass received at check-in contains the departure gate, boarding time of your flight and seat number assigned. Please respect that boarding time indicated on the boarding pass, and consider that there might be queue at passport and security check.

At the check-in desk, your luggage is weighted, checked-in and a bag tag is attached to each piece of checked baggage. Keep in mind the restrictions related to weight, size and content of your baggage. Read more about Baggage information.

Please note that the information about departure time and gate number is displayed on the screen in the airport as well.
