The Schengen rules come into force at Ferihegy/Budapest airport starting from 30 March 2008, which brings changes to the operations of Moldavian Airlines.

IOSA successfully passed by Moldavian Airlines

In August 2007, the second IATA Operational and Safety Audit (IOSA) have been successfully passed by Moldavian Airlines. At this moment Moldavian Airlines is the only airline from Republic of Moldova and one of the only four airlines from CIS, which passed this deep and very detailed IATA Audit.
